The company introduced the "Jelt Denim" designation in 1931. I found advertisements for Jelt Denim Overalls from 1931 through 1971. According to the company archivist, this pair is likely from the 1947 model, which was made into the 1950s.

You could let itdown to gain up to 3.5" (up to a 32.5" inseam) keeping a small hem, or you could let theraw edge show to add nearly 4"to the length (just shy of a 33" inseam).
